[cobirds] Kountze Lake / jeffco

At Bel Mar Park today (Wads and Alameda)

3 or 4 Lesser Scaup (males)
3 male and 1 female Ring-necked Duck
many Shovelers and Canada Geese
1 pair of Belted Kingfishers
6 male and 2 female Bufflehead
RW Blackbirds
Downys, flickers, robins, 2 FOS Mourning Doves,
that hybrid/escapee Greater-white-fronted that's
been there for years, 3 bullfrogs and tons of turtles.

Not seen but bound to arrive at Kountze within a
couple of weeks are Am. Avocets, Snowy Egrets,
Great Egrets, GB Herons, Black-crowned Night-
herons, and Wood Ducks.
