[cobirds] Magpie nest building, Park County

I scouted several breeding bird atlas blocks today.

In the town of Guffey, Black-billed Magpies were nest building. Other birds seen on 45 minute walk through town:
Hairy Woodpecker 1
Steller's Jay 5
Pinon Jay 7
American Crow 1
Pygmy Nuthatch 2
Gray-headed Junco 4 including 1 singing
Red-winged Blackbird 1
House Sparrow 4
Tassel-eared Squirrel 2

Many of these species were at feeders behind the Freshwater Saloon.

At the pond just east of Fairplay on the north side of US285:
Gadwall 3
Mallard 8
Cinnamon Teal 1 male
Green-winged Teal 2
Bufflehead 1 female
Mountain Bluebird 1
