Hello, Birders.
Early this Tuesday morning, June 12th, I saw and heard a persistently singing Brewer's Sparrow, at the far east end of the Coalton Trail, just beyond the trailhead off McCaslin Road. Brewer's Sparrow is rare in Boulder County in the summer, with no breeding records that I know of. Here's a sound spectrogram of this bird's song: http://tinyurl.com/bq9pm7a
