There are two male Dickcissels along with the several (3+ ?) male Bobolinks at the Teller farm site previously reported by Cara Stiles. One Dickcissel has been singing actively for the last hour (10:30-11:30am) alternately from a favorite perch about 20' up in a cluster of cottonwoods, and from the top of a weed 50 yds. to the south (in line with a spruce tree. The second Dickcissel was singing from a cluster of grasses/weeds to the SE and approximately 75 yards away. I didn't find any females of either species.
A special thanks to Cara for her post and additional info!
