[cobirds] Cottownwood Hollow Natural Area Birds - Ft. Collins

Late post sorry - Yesterday the area formally known as Artist's Pond
(still some standing water) hosted a pair of Avocets (been there at
least a week or more), 7 Wilson's Phalarope, a few Gadwalls, and a
Cinnamon Teal.
