[cobirds] Reporting of Migrants on Private Property

I agree with Dick, Steve, Tony , and others about posing migrant birds - even if they are technically not "rarities". But, I would like to encourage more people to post such sightings -- EVEN if they are found on private property -- and even if they are not "chaseable" birds. No specific location needs to be disclosed -- the county of the sightings would be nice - but one can also just post the region (e.g. NE Colorado - PRIVATE PROPERTY). If such posts were more common, it would alert others to be on the lookout for similar migrants.
