[cobirds] mountain plover - Logan County

As Ira Sanders and I were driving southbound on I - 76 and just into Logan
County below Julesburg yesterday at 5 PM, a mountain plover flew from left
to right in front of the car.

Lots easier than scanning hundreds of acres of short grass.
