[cobirds] Red-necked Stint present in central Kansas currently (July 2nd)

There is a breeding plumaged Red-necked Stint, first state record for Kansas at the Little Salt Marsh at Quivira NWR in central Kansas.  The bird was just seen this morning, so it is currently there (July 2nd, 8am Central Time).  This is the right month to be looking for this species in Colorado too.
