[cobirds] Avocets/Boulder County

Newly arrived today at Lake McIntosh is a flock of 12 American
Avocets, all congregated on the protected north shore of the lake.
Also, one American White Pelican arrived to Lake McIntosh on April 1st
and four more showed up today.
