Denver Field Ornithologists will meet Monday April 23 at 7:30 pm at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Nathan Pieplow, editor of Colorado Birds and an author of Colorado Birding Trail will speak on "Colorado Bird Sounds: East vs. West". Nathan is an avid bird sound recordist, he blogs about bird sound at www.Earbirding.com . This will be the last monthly meeting of the season, meetings will resume the 4th Monday of August. DFO meetings are free and open to the public. Park on the north side of the museum and walk around and enter through the west door between 7:00 and 7:30 pm.
