Today around 1:30 PM I ran across a singing White-winged Dove in the Gunbarrel area of Boulder. It's probably one of the two birds that I've seen occasionally around my apartment complex for the past 2-3 years, but it was a good half-mile southeast of where I've seen them in the past (most recently last October or so).
To get to the site: head east on Jay from the Diagonal, north on Spine, third right onto White Rock Circle. Drive about 2 blocks to where the road begins curving left and a park appears on the right. Park in the area. The bird was singing from the top of a cottonwood tree along the riparian stream that forms the southern border of the park.
